hey all thought id introduce my self.
im Rhiannan,17 from QLD aus. bit of a redneck, i rodeo, train horses ect, jut got me first tat done yesterday. in memory of my pop who died of cancer (hence the cancer dafidil)

The tattoo looks nice, but how do you get one at 17? Are QLD laws different than the rest of the country? |
