I am not one to ask for handouts, but it is for my sister and her newborn baby. And what I have found in my life is that regardless of what people stereotype us as, we are normally more generous and kind than most people I have ever met.

Anyway, my sister had her baby which was born with a heart defect almost two weeks ago, now. He has since been through two surgeries and will require close monitoring for almost a full year.
