Tattoos have only been legal in Oklahoma for just under two years, and shops are popping up all over. Much of the local work I've seen, however, has been very mediocre, and I've heard people say they are going to other states to get ink because they want more experience.

I have found a great artist in Norman, OK, who I'd highly recommend.

the best shops and artists i have found are at a different drummer in lawton. this is the crew who was in witchataw falls tx. they are pricey but awesome.

the next best shop i found is altered images in lawton, talk to chris, or if you goto OKC goto the altered images up there and talk to dave or gina. dave is the best i have ever seen with tribal and gina is really good and just a great person all together.
