if anyone can help me or has suggestions please reply back!

i have a small tattoo on the back of my neck right at my hairline, i just got it done one month ago. its my exboyfriends name, it was a stupid thing that i did and need to fix it.

i really want it removed but i cant afford lazer surgery. and also since its so small and not very dark (its all black) i was wondering if any cream would work, or what the best method would b?

Personally I would suggest a cover up...there have been people I know that have used wrecking balm but it doesnt always work and never completely removes it

I have heard of people having just water tattooed over a small tattoo? and when it peels its supposed to fade slightly and keep repeating procedure until its gone. However this seems a very expensive way to go. I would suggest a nice cover up myself. Question
