Hi,
I'm glad to hear your mom does does para-medical tattooing. That is what i specialize in. Not many people do this kind of work, I have a non-profit organization, Color Beyond, Inc. and I do scar coverage for cancer patients (breast surgery) or accident patients, eyebrows for alopecia patients or for someone that has gone thru chemo and they did not grow back, areola restoration/creation, burn patients. cleft lip patients and corrective work. And, I do all this free of charge. When clients come from out of state i have worked out a deal with the Hilton Garden Inn to give them a really reduced rate.
I also do permanent make-up.
