|
|
Ok, I have an important question.... Let me give you some background.
When I was 16, a bunch of friends of mine burned me with a cigarette lighter. The burn formed a permanent scar and I became self-conscious about it. When I was about 19, I got a tattoo over it in an attempt to cover the scar. The decision to get a tatoo over it was silly because you can still see the lighter burn.
So now I would like to remove the tattoo. I woudl like to know if this would be possible. I remember shopping around for a tattoo. A few places turned me away when I told them that I wanted to get a tattoo over a scar. But one place finally did accept me, and the tattoo was done with no problem. I would like to know if it would be difficult removing the tattoo because of my scar. Any help would be great.
And please no lectures over how silly it was to get the tattoo. I know it was silly. I was silly back then. I just want to see how difficult it would be to eliminate a silly mistake.
Thanks! |

Hello obligare22
,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but I just saw your post. And, maybe I can offer you some helpful advice.
I am an authority on tattoo removal. Infact, I have written a book about it and also have a free information site that you can freely browse.
Besides the well known Laser removal technique and other surgical tattoo removal methods, there are at least 6 other non-surgical methods of tattoo removal, including several DIY or Home tattoo removal procedures that are being used successfully everyday.
A couple of these are the TCA tattoo removal method and Hydroquinone and Glycolic acid method.
Now, granted, not all methods are suited for all individuals.
However, the TCA removal method was HIGHLY recommended by Doctors until the Laser technique was invented. And, the Laser is good, even with it's drawbacks and high costs.
However, a person can DEFINITELY use TCA to safely remove a tattoo if they follow all the necessary step by step procedures.
But, like I say, perhaps this may or may not be the method you want to use.
For further information, you can check out the following links and see what you think.
At least, it is one heck of a good starting point!
Please let me know what you think or if there are any questions I can perhaps answer for you.

Dear Admin,
I posted the "Hello obligare22" message and hope that I am not inviolation of any rules by offering to help him via genuine, NON-SPAM links to authenticated sites.
I have looked around the Forum and can find no clear information as what is and what is not allowed as far as links go.
Sometimes, the ONLY way to help someone who is asking a question is to provide a good link or two for them to see and decide.
However, I have not found the rules for putting links on a page
and I don't want to be removed from this forum,
so, I hope the moderators will just delete
the link if it violates forum rules.
I can be reached also at if anyone needs any genuine help or assistance.
Thank you for your help. |

Dear Admin,
Please offer some much needed advice.
It seems that I and others are having a very hard time finding the rules that are set forth as per using URLs and links in posts.
What are the rules for links and URLs?
Thank you. |
