If I design it or bring it in - do they automatically get to use it on other people? Even if they dont' design it?
I'd like some input. I have an artist in mind but someone complained that the tat she designed was suddenly on everyone else in her town after going. |

I don't think they could take the exact design but its not copyrighted.
I believe you can bring in the design and take it with you. Now if they draw it out and make it different than thats another story. |

Most of my custom work my tattooist has given me the design once we have finished
then again that's just him |
