Hi All,

I am newbie who just discovered this great place.

I wanted you guys advice. I am getting a large portrait tattoo on my upper arm from a very respected international artist. He apparently has a "light touch", but I am going to have to sit for a 6 hour sitting.

I know the subject has come up in part but I am wondering what you guys experiences of long sessions on the upper arm are as I have heard it is probably the least painful spot.

Thanks in advance
Eon

upper arm afaik hurts most. mine didnt hurt, but for some they say it hurts, cause the upper arm doesnt really get subjected to allot of daily use to build up pain tolerance, and it softer then say the legs, or lower arm. all tattoo's hurt i think. part of the joy of getting art done hee hee.

you will zone out once the endorphines (sp) kick in i believe.
