Anybody ever use one of these? I've always seen the 3m brand for sale and they are about $1000-$1200 this site has them for $295.00
Seems too good to be true.
If they work I want to order one. Are they as good as the 3M ones?

iv never used one before so i dont know how well they work what i do know is that they should save a lot of time and messing about plus for $295 it sounds like a score but like you said could be to good to be true and then you shouldnt really need one unless your tattooing like a million people a day and are busy as hell other wise its just another thing to clean and maintain..... maybe you should just get an apprentice they do nearly everything and cost next to nothing .....lol

I was thinking it would be nice for lettering. People want all sorts of fonts and it's a pain in the arse to try and draw them all.

Yeah, I've looked on Ebay but you never really know what you are getting. I've gotten good deals and I've been burned. If I'm going to spend that much money on fragile equipment I'd rather buy from a supplier that I can return it to if there is a problem.

I bought a brand new epson 21 pin dot matrix printer. I use photoshop to turn pictures into line drawings. I then print onto spirit paper to the dot matrix and it make FANTASTIC sharp stencils.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT I REPEAT!!!! DO NOT Buy from copytat.com
The "ZR - 1 system" is a $50 Epson photo R280 printer that comes with NO ink and NO usb cord! After 2 weeks of sending mostly unanswerd emails I FINALLY got mine in the mail. These scam artists pretty much pissed me off royaly and I'm in the process of calling the BBB, filing a claim with paypal and getting in touch with HER local PD to see what I can do there. I found her information online its....

I too bought a COPYTAT. It was a cheap ass printer that I could have bought at walmart for less than a third of the price. The stencils I made were pretty crappy. No directions on use, no returned emails, and no phone number. That should have been the first clue to me. But the web site looked legit. If anyone needs my help to bring down this turd, please let me know.
