IF you think the common tattoos are so over, you've got another think coming, eye tattooing maybe can attract you. However, are there any risks for eye tattooing?

This is really in the beginning stages of coming out which leaves a lot of risks attached because its not common. one of course would be going blind. I would honestly wait a few years before you get it, to see how it works out for everyone else.

another risk is getting a severe eye infection, or spots. So everytime you have you eyes open there could be a random spot invading your vision. also, if the artists goes to hard it could severely bruise the eye.

if your going to go ahead with it anyways, you should definitely make sure you go to an artists who has done this type of work before.

You could just tattoo "I'm a fucking moron" across your forehead. You would get the same reaction from anyone who sees you, without the risk of eye damage.

I saw the eye tattooing proceedure performed and I don't know if the client is brave or nuts. There's only a couple of tattoo artitsts in the US who do this. It is done with a syringe filled with ink. The client lays down and their eye libs are held open while the artist injects the syringe needle in the eye, one poke at a time until the design is complete. Not for me.
You get the idea of the risks involved.
